תפר מכני הבנוי מלוח מתכת בחיבור בטון VB 2 160 מגיע ברצועות של 2 מטר ובגובה של 16 ס"מ והנו בעל ציפוי דו צדדי.
התפר משתייך לקבוצת תפרים כימיים מכניים העשוי מפלדה מגולוונת ST-37 עם ציפוי מיוחד של סיבי שרף פולימרי. הציפוי הפולימרי מבטיח קשר טוב יותר עם הבטון ובכך אוטם אותו כנגד מעבר מים עד ללחץ של 8 בר באזור התפר.
בכל אריזה יש 100 מ"א של תפר מתכתי ארוזים בארגז עץ במידות 210X35X25 ס"מ
בנוסף הארגז מגיע עם 50 אומגות ו 55 קליפסים לחיבור.
המוצר עבר בדיקות במכון בדיקות גרמני MFPA Leipzig דו"ח בדיקה PB 5.1/14-423-3.
Metal plate in concrete connection VB 2 160 comes in strips of 2 meters and 16 cm high and has a double-sided coating. The suture belongs to a group of mechanical chemical sutures made of ST-37 galvanized steel with a special coating of polymer resin fibers. The polymer coating ensures a better bond with the concrete and thus seals it against the passage of water up to a pressure of 8 bar in the seam area. Each package contains 100 meter of metallic suture packed in a wooden box measuring 210x35x25 cm.
In addition, the box comes with 50 omegas and 55 clips for connection.
The product has passed tests at the German testing institute
