Anchoring a tie rod (DYWIDAG) to a concrete wall

Instructions

Drill a borehole according to the shell's Dia. (32-34mm)

Clean the boshells

Screw the tie rod in to the cone of the Exp. shells as the safety ring must remain on

Exp. shell

Remove the safety ring

Insert the anchor into the bore hole

After insertion of the anchor screw the bar

by hand until the anchor is fixed and can not be moved further

During tightening of the screw extends the shell in the hole and creates

pressure on the sides of the hole, this pressure avoids from it to pull out
