Soba FlamLINE, RedLINE : These joint tape systems made of elastomers are specially designed for three-dimensional joint movements. Depending on the type, the lateral adhesive flanges are flamed into bituminous sealing systems and/or applied directly to the substrate with liquid plastic or epoxy resin adhesive

FlamLINE joint tape

FlamLINE is the latest generation joint tape for bridging expansion joints in bituminous sealing between building components. The resistant joint tape made of high-quality elastomer offers safe and highly efficient installation and ensures impermeability at all joint zones at building transitions. The two lateral adhesive flanges are reinforced with a support and are directly connected to the bituminous surface sealant by scorching. Depending on the installation scenario, they can also be force-fitted directly to the substrate using epoxy resin adhesive or liquid plastic. Multi-dimensional joint movements are easily accommodated with the support-free expansion zone. This is positioned centrally above the expansion zone and forms the centre of the joint tape. Different tape types are available depending on the expected joint movement.

Fugenband RedLINE

RedLINE is the classic joint tape made of high-quality elastomer for bridging expansion joints between building components. Due to the conventional installation method with hot liquid bitumen, this joint sealing system offers quick and safe installation. In this case, the lateral adhesive flanges are poured directly onto the bituminous sealant with hot bitumen. Depending on the installation scenario, they can also be bonded directly to the substrate with epoxy resin adhesive or liquid plastic. The expansion zone without fleece lamination serves to absorb movement and is positioned centrally along the joint. Different tape types are available depending on the expected joint movement.
